These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website, services, appointments, communications, and text messaging programs provided by Mamassage Inc., operating publicly as Mamassage and Mamassage Medical & Spa Massage Therapy.
By using our website, booking an appointment, contacting us, submitting a form, purchasing services or gift cards, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Mamassage Inc. provides massage therapy and related wellness services, including medical massage therapy, spa massage therapy, chair massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, manual lymphatic drainage, body sculpting lymphatic drainage massage, couples massage, body treatments, enhancements, and related services.

Appointments and Booking
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Same-day appointments may be available when scheduled in advance.
A valid credit card may be required to reserve appointments.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time, and the full service rate may still apply.
Appointment Reminders
Mamassage Inc. may send courtesy appointment reminders and service-related communications. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive your responsibility to manage your appointment, cancellation, or rescheduling obligations.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
For self-pay clients, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full service rate.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may still be treated as a late cancellation, even if a new appointment is booked.
Clients with repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be subject to dismissal from the practice.
Insurance Clients
For insurance-based appointments, cancellation fees, booking fees, denied claims, balances, late fees, and related payment obligations may apply according to Mamassage Inc.’s posted policies and agreements.
Insurance coverage is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurance provider and for amounts not covered, denied, or unpaid by insurance.
A signed Patient Financial Obligation Agreement may be required before insurance-based appointments.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been approved.
Mamassage Inc. may accept payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, cash, FSA/HSA cards, checks, or other accepted payment methods.
Returned checks, declined cards, unpaid balances, late fees, collection fees, or other payment-related charges may apply according to Mamassage Inc.’s posted policies.
Pricing
Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Additional weekend or holiday surcharges may apply.
Gift Cards, Packages, and Retail Products
Gift cards may be purchased online, in person, or by phone and may be redeemable for eligible services or retail products.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Packages and series of treatments may be non-refundable but may be exchanged for spa credit according to Mamassage Inc.’s posted policies.
Retail products may be eligible for exchange only according to Mamassage Inc.’s posted return and exchange policies.
Health, Safety, and Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about health concerns, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, comfort needs, and service preferences when relevant to your appointment.
Massage therapy services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency care. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical conditions or concerns.
Mamassage Inc. may decline, modify, stop, or reschedule services when necessary for safety, professional, legal, or business reasons.
Professional Conduct
Mamassage Inc. provides professional therapeutic massage services only.
Inappropriate behavior, harassment, sexual comments, sexual requests, solicitation, threats, or unsafe conduct may result in immediate termination of the session, full service charges, refusal of future services, and any other action Mamassage Inc. considers appropriate.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Mamassage Inc., you agree to receive text messages related to the message types you selected or consented to receive.
Text messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Booking updates
- Waitlist updates
- Service updates
- Customer care messages
- Follow-up messages related to your appointment or inquiry
- Promotional offers or marketing updates, only if you separately opted in to receive marketing text messages
