Deep Tissue Spa Massage
Recommended for individuals who experience chronic stress, pain and soreness, our full body Deep Tissue Spa Massage targets the more common areas of discomfort and tension. Incorporating Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using slow, deep guided strokes and finger pressure. The use of forearms and elbows also can be incorporated. Due to the sometimes intense nature of this work, it is important to maintain open communication with your therapist if any discomfort is experienced so that pressure can be adjusted accordingly.

Customized Spa Massage
Sometimes our bodies need a little extra attention in specific areas. With our Customized Spa Massage, clients can enjoy the benefits of targeted attention to specific areas of the body with increased pain or discomfort. Combining Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage Techniques, your therapist will communicate with you prior to your service in order to cater your massage to the areas you feel are most in need of relief.

Foot Spa Massage
Although it has been said that we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders, it is our feet that carry the literal weight of our bodies and all the pounding that comes along with our daily activities. Many of our upper bodily aches and pains originate at our feet, which too often go unaddressed. At Mamassage, we recognize the need for proper foot attention and have designed a treatment which incorporates various massage therapies along with reflexology techniques to help lift away the tensions of our often overworked feet.

Foot & Hand Spa Massage
For clients who also deal with muscle tension, stiffness and arthritic pain in the hands acquired from everyday usage such as using your phone, typing, cooking, etc., Mamassage offers a special Foot and Hand Spa Massage. Incorporated with our Foot Spa Massage, clients will enjoy a steamed towel wrap applied to your feet while your therapist uses different massage, acupressure and reflexology techniques on your hands.

Mamassage Signature Treatment
If you’re looking for an escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the busy Windy City, let the Mamassage Signature Treatment whisk you away to tranquility. Designed by our very own Mamassage team, clients will experience a full body treatment incorporating a variety of techniques including compressions, rocking, Swedish Massage and stretching. This service is further enhanced with a choice of aromatherapy essential oils. Each treatment includes hand, foot, head, neck, shoulders and facial massage. Our 80 minute treatment includes a foot soak, and optional abdominal massage.

Bamboo Fusion® Spa Massage
The Original Bamboo Massage, Bamboo Fusion® is a therapeutic modality that combines the use of heated bamboo tools in a variety of shapes and sizes to apply massage to the muscles of the body. The gentle heat from the bamboo improves circulation and softens fascia and muscle tissue in a very versatile manner. In addition to being a luxurious Swedish spa treatment, warm bamboo massage can also be used for deep tissue therapy.

Himalayan Salt Massage Balls Spa Massage
Our fast-paced lives drain us of energy, at times leaving us feeling dull, tired, and lifeless. The Himalayan Salt Massage Balls Spa Massage is where Eastern Medicine and Swedish Massage meet to help you relax and regain the energy you have lost. Your therapist will use warmed Himalayan Salt Balls as an extension of their hands to provide you with a full body massage. Among the many possible benefits you may experience are reduced inflammation, reduction of pain and swelling, improved sleep, deep relaxation and balancing of energy.
