At Mamassage Medical & Spa Massage Therapy, we want your visit to be seamless, restorative, and tailored to your needs. The following guidelines will help you plan your experience with us.

Booking & Appointments

  • Browse our full treatment menu online or call our office for personalized guidance in selecting a service.
  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. Same-day appointments may be available if scheduled at least 30 minutes in advance.
  • A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

Confirmations

We provide courtesy reminders one week and 24 hours prior to your service. If you do not receive a reminder, please call us at least two days before to confirm your appointment details.

Arrival & Check-In

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in before your service.
  • Our lounge offers water upon request.
  • Late arrivals will reduce treatment time but full charges still apply.

Health & Comfort

  • Inform our staff of any health concerns, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy at booking. This helps us customize your treatment safely and effectively.
  • Your comfort is our priority. Therapists step out of the room while you prepare, drape appropriately, and respect all modesty concerns.
  • Communicate preferences such as pressure, temperature, or conversation level to your therapist at any time.

Guest Experience

  • Please silence electronic devices and maintain a quiet environment in shared spaces.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and may only be present if receiving a service.
  • Gratuity (18–20%) is appreciated but not required. Cash tips are recommended to ensure your therapist receives the full amount.

Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift cards may be purchased online, in person, or by phone. They are redeemable for services or retail products (non-refundable, not redeemable for cash).
  • Gift certificates for specific services are honored at the purchased rate for one year. Afterward, the redeemer is responsible for any price difference.
  • Packages are discounted from standard pricing; other promotions or coupons do not apply.

Parking

Metered street parking and limited free parking are available nearby. Valet services may be available through local restaurants.
