Important Notes

• Having an insurance company that Mamassage is credentialed with does not guarantee that your plan covers Massage Therapy. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm whether your specific plan includes Massage Therapy benefits.
• Some insurances we are not in-network with may still reimburse part of your costs. If you pay in full, we will provide detailed invoices for you to submit to your insurance.
• A signed Patient Financial Obligation Agreement is required before insurance-based appointments.
